How wonderful to finally see the terraces! We could hardly walk along them, and now they're almost ready to host tents!

When we first bought the property it was very difficult to understand how many terraces there were, everything was covered in overgrown thorns, honeysuckle and a particularly stubborn dog-rose covered most of the olive trees. We have now over 60 trees to look after, some needed more attention than others but it's a good start to our small organic farm.
